  • Hockaday Annual Fund

At Hockaday, we have a strong tradition of philanthropy and support of our School. Parents have consistently reached 99% participation in Hockaday’s Annual Fund and we are hoping to achieve that high level of participation again next year, beginning July 1.

The Annual Fund is a yearly effort that raises funds for the School’s operating budget. Tuition and fees do not cover the full cost of a Hockaday education – the gap for the 18-19 school year was $8,097 per student. The Annual Fund and income from the endowment help bridge this gap. Annual Fund contributions are put to use immediately and have a positive impact on every student at Hockaday. Parents are asked to make their pledge by November 30. Every gift counts! Last year, gifts from parents ranged from $25 to $100,000. Pledges may be paid at the time they are made or anytime during the year prior to June 30.

We hope you will become part of this time-honored tradition and join Hockaday families in support this essential effort to strengthen our School. We are truly grateful for the generosity and dedication of our parents. For additional information on the Annual Fund Parent Campaign, please click here or visit www.hockaday.org/makeagift to make your gift online.

  • Hockaday Directory (print version)

The Hockaday Directory is printed each year during the summer for the benefit of the school community. It contains useful contact information for faculty, staff, trustees, HPA, and parents. Additional copies can be pre-ordered.  An online directory is also available to view on the Parent Resource Board of the website.

The Directory will reflect home address and phone numbers for each family, however, if you would like your email address and mobile phone numbers listed, you must OPT-IN for this information to be included. You will find the Directory information form in your list of Back-to-School forms on the Parent Resource Board.

The deadline to submit your new family Directory information is June 1.
