Kaleidoscope Day Camp
BRAND NEW NAME! Same ol' summer fun!
Summer at Hockaday's longstanding day camp now has a new name. Kalediscope Day Camp's two-week sessions will have a variety of activities to include imaginative play, critical thinking, creative expression, outdoor exploring, cooking, science, and much more. Each session will center around fun and engaging themes. Each two-week session will differ from previous sessions, so join us for multiple sessions!
Lunch is included in the tuition for Kaleidoscope Day Camp.

If you answered YES to all 10 questions, your child is ready for camp! If you answered NO to one of the questions above, we encourage you to register for the 2023 camp season.

Early Riders Bike Camp
This bike camp is for our youngest riders (PreK and Kindergarten) and takes place prior to the start of Kaleidoscope Day Camp. Join us for bike lessons prior to starting the camp day. Bike staff will transition the riders to camp each day.
Coach Stewart Ball and his staff of coaches have taught hundreds of children to ride a bike. Let us teach you to ride in this popular, low pressure, enjoyable class. All you need is a bike, helmet, water bottle, and snack. Bikes can be kept on campus throughout the week's class.
Weekly sessions will be offered June 13 through July 22 from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. Select Early Riders Bike Camp when registering for Summer at Hockaday 2022. Participation in multiple weeks is encouraged.
Kinder Camp
Join us June 6 through June 10 for Kinder Camp! What a special week we have planned for our youngest campers! Spend a half day or full day with us as we introduce you to the wonderful day camp experience. We'll have lots of playtime, arts 'n crafts, stories, outside games, and much more!
Kinder Camp is offered to PreK and Kindergarten girls and boys in two, half-day sessions. Campers are welcome to participate in a half-day or full-day option. To create a full-day experience, select the morning and the afternoon sessions.

Kindergarten Prep Camp
Is your child ready for kindergarten? Kindergarten Prep Camp is a fun yet purposeful camp offered for children that will be entering kindergarten in the fall. Students will prepare for kindergarten by sharpening their phonological awareness, phonics, basic math skills, and social skills.
