Junior Celese Gierhart, co-editor of the youth commission’s citywide publication for the City of Dallas, met with Mayor Mike Rawlings for an exit interview. Amongst many topics, they discussed initiatives that would benefit everyone like GrowSouth and bringing back the Youth Commission.
