Randal Rauscher Rhodus '97 Named Assistant Head of School

Congratulations to Randal Rauscher Rhodus ’97, who was named Assistant Head of School at Hockaday. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this position, having served the School in many capacities during her tenure. Randal was a Lower School faculty member for nine years and has served as Head of the Lower School for the past 11 years. In addition to her perspective as an educator, Randal offers the valuable perspective of Hockaday as an alumna, having attended Hockaday for 12 years as a student. In addition, Randal, and her husband Keith, are the parents of three Hockaday students: Anderson (Class of 2027), Marue (Class of 2029), and Hettie (Class of 2032).

Randal will remain in her current role as Head of Lower School through the end of this school year, allowing the School adequate time to confirm new leadership for the Lower School and complete a successful transition this summer.
