  • All-Skills Volleyball Camp (Grades 4-6)

    Coached by Andy Gass, Head Varsity Coach at The Hockaday School., Allison Camp, Varsity Volleyball Assistant Coach at The Hockaday School, and Christy Alvillar, Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach at The Hockaday School.
     
    This 4-day All-Skills Volleyball Camp is designed for the junior high and high school student to prepare for the upcoming school seasons, advance individual skills training based on position, and development of offensive and defensive concepts:

    Ages: Entering Grades 4 – 6
     
    Dates/Time: August 3 – August 6, 5:30 p.m. –  7:00 p.m. 

    Tuition: $150
  • All-Skills Volleyball Camp (Grades 7-12)

  • Field Hockey & Lacrosse Combo Camp (Grades 2-8)

    Coached by Jennifer Johnson, Head Varsity Coach at The Hockaday School. Coach Johnson was a 4-year letter winner at Ball State University.

    Come learn the fundamentals of the great games of field hockey and lacrosse!  We will work on skills, do some drills, and play some games!  Time will be split between field hockey and lacrosse.
     
    Ages: Entering Grades 2 – 8
     
    Dates/Time: June 1 – June 5, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
     
    Tuition: $225

  • Strength & Conditioning Fitness Training

    Get ready for a one-of-a-kind sports training experience with Coach LaBoris Bean. This fitness class offers the right balance of speed and agility training to help any athlete deliver an outstanding play. Our training programs incorporate proven exercises and conditioning techniques that guarantee exceptional results. The weight training portion of our program will build muscle strength, which will allow you to achieve ideal performance. Rest assured-- we will go above and beyond to ensure you unlock your athletic potential!
