  • Discover Magic Purple Wand Course

    Offered by Dallas Magic Academy
    Get ready to take an amazing adventure into the exciting world of Magic. Learn how to read people's minds, make money appear out of nowhere and travel through time with a magic bandanna just to name a few. In this course students will not only learn the 8 basic effects that make up all magic tricks, but more importantly they will discover the real secrets to becoming a true magician as each lesson reveals an important life skill to help build their confidence and communication skills. Each lesson comes with a custom magic prop, a top-secret file folder and a secret word to unlock bonus videos in an online video vault. This life changing program builds self-confidence and develops critical communication skills in a fun and unique way that is guaranteed to unlock your child's potential and impact the rest of their life.

  • First Bike Ride

    Coach Stewart Ball and his staff of coaches have taught hundreds of children to ride a bike. Let us teach you to ride in this popular, low pressure, enjoyable class. All you need is a bike, helmet, water bottle, and snack. Bikes can be kept on campus throughout the week's class.

  • Junior Drone Pilot Academy

    Offered by Drobots Company
    Designed for younger campers with little to no experience flying drones, this program fully immerses campers into an exciting narrative and experience. The mission: Captain Droby and her crew (campers) are exploring a faraway planet to discover new energy resources. The challenge: a colony of pesky aliens who will do anything to disrupt Captain Droby's crew. To conquer the aliens, campers will use a variety of flying, jumping, and rolling drones to navigate their way around the planet and successfully make it back to the mothership. Drobots use the safest and most reliable drone products on the market for enhanced safety and most of all, fun! All campers will receive plenty of Drobots keepsakes and trinkets, so the memories last long beyond the summer.

  • Kinder Camp

    What a special week we have planned for our youngest campers! Spend a half day or full day with us as we introduce you to the wonderful day camp experience. We'll have lots of playtime, arts-and-crafts, stories, outside games, and much more! Couple Kinder Camp with First Bike Ride or LEGO® or register for full-day Kinder Camp to create a full day of fun and learning!

  • LEGO® Animal Architects

    Offered by Play-Well TEKnologies
    Let your imagination run wild as we design and build leaping dolphins, buzzing beehives, and towering giraffes! Play, create, and learn in a world inspired by the animal kingdom. Design and build as never before and explore your craziest ideas.

  • Minecraft U

    This is the Minecraft camp for you! Minecraft U follows a progressive curriculum focused on learning computer skills, problem solving, planning and building, but it's Minecraft, so it's always going to be fun! We emphasize cooperative play and teach game etiquette. Included in the camp tuition is one year of access to our Minecraft monitored server, which allows campers continued access to their projects. Our staff is comprised of computer scientists, teachers, and software developers who also enjoy gaming and Minecraft. Pair Minecraft U with another class offering or sign up for a full day of Minecraft!

  • Multi-Sport Summer Fun!

    Bringing back the days before kids' sports were a full-time job, when you set up a backyard game with your friends, just for the fun of it-- this is a camp kids love! With an ever-changing lineup of sports and games, we'll roam over the beautiful, shaded Hockaday campus for hours of play. Kickball, flag football, bean bag toss, tag, capture the flag, field hockey, soccer, gaga ball, volleyball, and more! Coach Stewart Ball and his coaching staff will ensure every day will be new and full of energy with a focus on keeping it friendly, fair, and fun. This is a great camp for all ages, sizes, and abilities. This is fun for all!

Creative Arts & SCIENCE Camp (Two-week Camp)

Creative Arts & SCIENCE Camp takes place June 8 through July 17 in two-week, themed sessions.

Creative Arts & SCIENCE Camp is the perfect mix of summer camp, fine arts, and science! Girls and boys experience art, music, creative movement, dramatic play, and science with a balance of creative play, group games, special visitors, water play, and more. Each two-week session is themed and provides a quality experience of fun activities, camp friendships, and new experiences.

Register for all three sessions to ensure a fun and creative summer!
Lunch is included in the camp tuition.
Before Care and After Care are available for an additional fee. 

Please Note: Your child must be 5 by May 1, 2020. If your child will still be 4 on May 1, 2020, we invite you to join our popular Discover Day Camp. Discover Day Camp details can be found on the page for Ages 3 & 4.

    Combining arts and sciences and fun gives campers a well-rounded experience in this popular, traditional day camp. Join us UNDER THE BIG TOP and discover the joy, wonder, and fun of the circus! Explorations (One-Week Camps & Classes)

Explorations offers a variety of camps and classes that span a wide range of interests. Girls and boys learn through doing in these active and engaging programs. Double the fun by choosing a morning and afternoon camp or class! Register for multiple weeks to create a menu of creative learning and enrichment!

Explorations camps and classes take place June 8 through July 17.

  • Drobots LEGO® K'nex Theme Park

    Offered by Drobots Company
    Join us as we build our very own theme parks using LEGO® K'nex and other awesome materials. Theme Park Design allows campers to learn and test the science behind roller coasters, giant slides, and other theme park activities. Build a giant loop and race against other teams in friendly competitions, use Legos to make a zipline glider, and then make a video from the riders' perspective as you crash through your concession stand sending Legos everywhere!

  • Drone Space Spy Obstacle Adventure

    Offered by Drobots Company
    Campers, prepare yourself for a week of technology twists and turns! There is no shortage of fun, learning, and excitement in this beginner level drone program. Campers work together and join their counselors to save planet Earth from the pesky Space Spies. Throughout the week campers will be presented with and then solve a variety of technological challenges in order to navigate their way around the galaxy to unlock the next clues. Drobots use the safest and most reliable drone products on the market for enhanced safety and most of all, fun. Campers will learn all of the safety measures as they prepare to learn the basics of drone technology before taking to the air. All campers will receive Drobots keepsakes and trinkets, so the memories last long beyond the summer.

  • Kindergarten Prep Camp

    Is your child ready for kindergarten? This camp is a fun, yet purposeful camp offered to children that will be entering kindergarten in the fall. Students will prepare for kindergarten by sharpening their phonological awareness, phonics, basic math skills, and social skills. Created and led by certified academic language therapists (C.A.L.T.) and managed with a small student-to-teacher ratio, this class will be a great benefit for your young learner!

  • Little Pediatrician Summer Camp

    Offered by Little Medical School
    Little Pediatrician School takes a new twist on the traditional expectant sibling offerings. Assume the role of a pediatrician and learn how to perform an exam, feed/burp a baby, infant CPR, and more! Every future pediatrician will adopt a luxury plush doll to take home. Students will learn: (1) caring for baby, (2) the 3 Bs...burps, bottles, and baths, (3) emergencies and vaccinations, (4) preparing for a sibling, and more!

  • StemQuest Jr. Aliens vs. Wizards

    Offered by Drobots Company
    StemQuest unplugs campers from the computer screen in this action-packed, story-based program. Throughout the week, campers will be constantly on the move as they experiment and play. StemQuest has intentionally extracted the wide array of exhilarating challenges and mysteries from popular gaming apps and turned it all into a live adventure. Campers will use age-appropriate rovers, bots, drones, and autonomous creative technology to jump over walls, push down obstacles, lift boulders, and navigate through galaxies. Teams of campers work together in indoor, outdoor, and open-spaced "worlds" throughout the week. In doing so, campers utilize life skills such as: collaborative problem solving, design, and curiosity to outwit, out-build, and out-smart the program instructor, The Wizard!

  • StemQuest Jr. Coasters & Speedsters

    Offered by Drobots Company
    Campers who yearn for the need for speed will love this energizing camp! Teams of campers work together during multiple hands-on creative activities to design, build, and race rolling objects. Prepare to design and build the tallest, fastest, and most durable marble roller coasters, before releasing your marble in super-speedster fashion down the tracks. Huddle up with your counselors and devise a plan to have your rolling objects jump over as many towers as possible without knocking them over. Get creative and build your very own balloon-powered speedster bot and navigate it around and crash it through various obstacles. Finally, try your best to conquer and complete the dreaded super loop for extra excitement!
