Back-to-School Day in the LLARC

Please note the designated time for your daughter’s grade level:  fifth grade from 10:30-11:15 am; sixth grade from 8:00-8:45 am; seventh grade from 9:15-10:00 am; and eighth grade from 11:30 am-12:15 pm. Students do not need to wear their uniforms to Back-to-School Day/laptop distribution.  However, all seventh and eighth grade students are asked to bring a white oxford shirt and blazer to Back-to-School Day as we will be taking their yearbook/ID pictures on this day.

All Middle School students receive their academic schedules, supplies, texts that were not delivered to your home, locker numbers, and laptops (new students and sixth graders) at that time; schedules are not available to be picked up before that date or time. Locker numbers and combinations (lockers have built-in locks) will be available to students at Back-to-School Day on Monday, August 20. After they receive that information, students may put belongings in their new lockers. Fifth grade locker organization and decoration will be handled with the girls’ advisors during orientation the first week of school; please do not spend time arranging lockers with your fifth-grade daughter. All students should remember that decorative paper (magnetic or otherwise) may not be used inside lockers; the outside doors of lockers must remain totally clear.
