Dr. Tiffani Kocsis joined Hockaday as the Assistant Head of Upper School in 2020. Previously, she was the Assistant Head of High School at Campbell Hall in Los Angeles, where in addition to administrative work she developed and led the Senior Project, completed an overhaul of the master scheduling system, and reconstructed the high school advisory program. Previously, Tiffani has served as a Dean of Students, Director of Student Activities, K12 Registrar, Outdoor Education coordinator, and has taught Health, Anatomy/Physiology, Psychology, and Biology.

Tiffani regularly consults with independent schools on building sexuality education programs and has presented to students, parents, and faculty on topics of student wellness, high school transitions, lifespan sexuality, technology/social media, and building supportive student life programming. She has also presented at the NCGS and CSE (Center for Sex Education) national conferences.

Tiffani holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon, a Master of Education in Educational Administration from the University of North Texas, and the Doctorate in Educational Leadership for Social Justice from Loyola Marymount University. Her book, A Critical Analysis of Sexuality Education in the United States: Toward an Inclusive Curriculum for Social Justice. was published in 2019 by Routledge as part of their Research in Education series.

Tiffani and her husband, Jenci, have three children, Kellen, Paige, and Piper, who attend St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School in Lakewood where she serves on the Advisory Council.
