Christy Alvillar

Coach Christy Alvillar is in her 17th year of coaching high school and club volleyball.  Coach Alvillar has coached at Hockaday since 2018. Her coaching experience includes an assistant position at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Not only has she coached volleyball at the college level, but she also played at Texas A&M University Commerce. Coach Alvillar received her BS from TAMU-C in Business Management and is currently working as a Testing Coordinator at Life School Carrollton Elementary.  She currently coaches at Summit Volleyball Club. Prior to coaching at Hockaday she was head coach for 7 years at Life School Dallas and Lake Cities Edge Volleyball Club.  She is also IMPACT and Gold Medal Squared certified.
