SAGE Dining

Hillary Cox has joined us as our new Food Service Director with Sage Dining Services! Julie West will continue to be in charge of catering and Ryan Messina will continue to be a chef.  Hillary Cox started with SAGE in 2011 as the Food Service Director at Bishop Lynch in Dallas. She earned a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater and is excited to join Hockaday. Hockaday and Sage continue to work collaboratively to ensure the highest quality of food and service for our students, faculty, and guests, and we encourage all students and parents to share feedback via the Sage App found in the App Store for your mobile device so that we can continually provide the best experience possible. Stay in Touch with a “Touch of Sage” mobile app. See your favorite menu items, track allergens, give feedback, and more. Download the app by searching Touch of SAGE in your android or iPhone app store. Click here to watch the video tutorial.
