Brittani, or “Coach B” joined the Hockaday Athletics Department in the spring of 2022. She is the assistant softball coach, alongside Natalie Kozlowski. Brittani hopes to make a positive impact on the athletes of Hockaday through her positive attitude and fun-loving spirit.
Brittani has been involved in the sport of softball for several years at the recreational, club, and collegiate level, most recently as an outfielder and pinch runner for the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. When Brittani was not playing softball herself, she utilized her knowledge of the sport by hosting camps and clinics to teach young girls the mechanics of pitching, hitting, and throwing.
Brittani graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology and Biology, and currently serves as an Exercise Physiologist for the Cooper Clinic. She chose this path because she aspires for everyone to lead an active lifestyle, and to help them find a love for exercise like herself. She is extremely passionate about helping people find different ways to move and exercise across all stages and ages of life and instilling a love for movement from a young age.
In her spare time, Brittani enjoys sewing, embroidery, cooking, running, and taking every possible opportunity for a road trip with her husband, Grady.
