Science Research Opportunity at RMBL

We are excited to announce a partnership with the Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory (RMBL) in Gothic, Colorado.

The goals of this experience are to learn the process of conducting biological research in the natural world and to become familiar with and comfortable hiking, working, and being in nature. Activities include making natural history observations, asking research questions, and collecting data in the great outdoors. Students will engage in research in small groups with scientists on topics such as plant biology, pollination, stream ecology, macroecology, and animal behavior.

Applications are now open for Rising Form II-IV students to join Hockaday faculty August 14 – 21, 2022 for an eight-day experiential learning opportunity where students will collaborate with leading field researchers at a world-renowned field station for research and education in the sciences.
