Junior Patrons’ Guild

This year, Ed Long’s Junior Patrons’ Guild (JPG), will be marking its 41st season. As subscribers to Junior Patrons’ Guild, students will attend a variety of exciting cultural and fine arts events with upper school students from The Hockaday School, St. Mark’s School of Texas, and Cistercian Preparatory School.
 
JPG is the only formally organized social and cultural program involving these three schools, and it provides an opportunity for upper school students to socialize while seeing some of the best performances Dallas arts organizations have to offer including:
  • Saturday, September 24 (evening): Junior Patrons’ Guild presents The Murder Mystery Company at The Hockaday School.
  • Sunday, October 30 (afternoon): The Dallas Symphony presents Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets at the Meyerson.
  • Saturday, November 5 (evening): The Dallas Opera Presents Hansel and Gretel at the Winspear Opera House.
  • Sunday, January 22 (afternoon): Broadway at the Bass presents the Lion King at Bass Hall in Fort Worth. (event pending) 
  • Sunday, February 5 (afternoon): WaterTower Theater presents The Play That Goes Wrong at the Addison Theater Center. (event pending)
