Students Selected to TMEA All-State Orchestra

Congratulations to the 10 Hockaday Upper School Orchestra students who were selected by audition into the Texas Music Educator Association's Region 20 Honors Orchestra!

These students qualified to advance into the Area round of the TMEA All-State Orchestra audition process.

Members of the Class of 2023 include: Madeline Chun, and Riley Yuan. Members of the Class of 2024 include: Angelina Dong, Christina Dong, Jessica Chung, Bridget Qiu, Kimberly Zhang. Members of the Class of 2025 include: Emma Lin and Julia Pan, and from the Class of 2026: Madilyn Nguyen.

The Region 20 Honors Orchestra Clinic and Concert will be held on December 2 and 3 at Berkner High School in Richardson. The Annual TMEA Convention and All-State Ensembles will meet in February 2023 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio.
