Third Grade Welcomes Health Coach and Chef

Third Grade was thrilled to have Jess Wilson, Integrative Health Coach and Whole Food Plant-Based/Vegan Personal Chef, speak with the science and social impact class today!
Mrs. Wilson taught students how to read food labels, shared delicious recipes to try at home, and explained how she uses her business to help combat food insecurity in Dallas. This discussion directly connected to the grade’s social impact theme of food insecurity, making it an inspiring and relevant session for the students.
