Students Shine at DECA

The Hockaday chapter of the student business organization DECA had a record 46 students compete in the Texas State CDC. Texas DECA is the largest charter in the organization, and over 7,000 students competed in the state competition in hopes of qualifying for the international competition (ICDC).

An EXTRA BIG congratulations to Aria, who advanced to the finals round Tuesday morning and competed in a second round that afternoon against 22 other finalists. She successfully earned FIRST PLACE in her competition, securing Hockaday DECA's first-ever win at ICDC!!!
