Game Highlights

Highland Park struck first, scoring off the first draw of the game. Their blast of energy took Hockaday by surprise! After the wake-up call, the team made adjustments to tighten the defense around the 8 meter arc and to improve communication for the doubles and slides. Offensively, the girls were instructed to run a settled attack. This gave us the opportunity to work on picks, crease rolls, and set plays. The team did a great job meeting the challenge, out scoring Highland Park 7-3. Way to go girls, still undefeated, 6-0! Scorers for Hockaday were Lanie Milliorn (2), Annee Garton (1), Caroline Crews (1), Allye Doorey (1), Molly Rosenblatt (1), and Taylor Thornton (1).
