Evelyn Yau Wins City-Wide Poster Contest

First grader Evelyn Yau was recently a grade level winner of a city-wide poster contest sponsored by the Dallas Water Utilities. Evelyn and her parents attended an awards ceremony at the Dallas City Hall on May 8, 2015. The contest was for all students in grades 1-6, and one student from each grade was chosen as a grade level winner.
