Carpool Information
If you are requesting a group carpool, please fill out the carpool form you received on LS Drop-in Day or at your New Family Conference (Monday, August 21) and return it to the Lower School office after your plans are firm. Group carpools will be set up when forms with matching information are received from each participating family in the carpool, and once you receive your numbered sign, you may begin using it. Until you receive your numbered sign, please notify the office daily (LSoffice@hockaday.org) of any carpool arrangements that include children other than your own daughter.
Individual carpool name signs were distributed on Monday, August 21 during LS parent/student drop-in visits (10:00 – 11:30) or at the New Family Conferences that were individually scheduled. If you need additional signs, please stop by the office and pick up the appropriate color card stock. You may then photocopy your original sign on the card stock. (A driver with a handmade carpool sign will not be permitted to pick up a child in carpool line.)
