Water Pollution

Sixth Graders partnered with St. Mark’s students and the Texas Conservation Alliance for a social impact project this week.
As part of their social impact theme of Water, students headed to the Trinity River Forest near Bonton Farms, which is the second-largest urban forest in the country.

The students were divided into teams and worked to pick up trash that ran into the Trinity River - one team picked up 236 pounds of trash, and the other picked up 326 pounds!
