Cecilia Chen (Class of 2027) was awarded a Commendation in the Philosophy category of the John Locke Global Essay Prize 2025.
This international competition received over 63,000 submissions from students around the world this year. The commendation placed her in the top 10 percent of essays, and she was invited to London to attend the awards gala in October.
