Students Named to TMEA All-State Ensembles
Congratulations to Navya Desai and Sophia Zhou on their selection and performances in the TMEA All-State Ensembles!
High school students selected to perform in All-State concerts have successfully advanced through a rigorous audition process to qualify at the state level. All-State is one of the highest honors a Texas music student can achieve. Students are chosen through a multi-level adjudication process that begins with approximately 60,000 students from across the state, all competing for the opportunity to perform in one of 18 elite All-State ensembles.
The Hockaday Choir and Orchestra programs are proud to recognize and celebrate the dedication, musicianship, and achievement of these outstanding students.
