Hockaday @TCA

The Hockaday MS Track and Field team traveled to TCA to compete on Thursday, March 28. The meet included Trinity Christian, Greenhill, St. Marks and Alcuin. We had several injuries, so we had to change up a few of our relays at the last minute. The girls ran great, despite a very windy afternoon. A few girls set personal records, which is really good on such a windy day. Both the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams were well ahead of the competition. We also had a 1st,2nd and 3rd in the 800M with Caroline Petrikas, Brie Johnson, and Susu Campbell. In the 300M Hurdles, our top three runners were Lola Isom, Addison London, and Stella Kozielec. We had some speedy 200M runners with Zariah Arrington, Jaden Thomas, Avery Jackson, Riley London, and Maia Hartley all posting times under 30 seconds. London Rhodus finished first in the 1600M run and was our lone participant. Finally we had good showings in our field events with the high jump and the discus. It was a good meet for Hockaday! Next, we have our home meet coming up on Tuesday.
