Athletic Team Guidelines

Please make sure all parent volunteers who are helping with your team are aware of the following guidelines:
  • Students may not change clothes or shoes for athletics in their classrooms or during carpool. We do not have the supervision needed for this and are unable to make sure students keep up with their items.
  • The girls may take off their jumpers or skirts and change shoes when they get to the field.
  • 5-10 minutes before dismissal time, parent volunteers should arrive at the back patio by the Rotunda. Keep in mind, it takes some time to park, check in at the LLARC, and walk to the patio.
  • Parent volunteer(s) will then notify one of the carpool teachers that they are here to pick up the team.
  • Carpool teachers will have the list of girls who are in that day’s practice group. Sometimes girls may not be practicing that day and not realize it, so please check your list carefully.
  • If needed, the restrooms at Cornerstone Plaza can be used. If a student needs to return to Lower School to use the restroom, she must be accompanied by an adult.
