New Procedure for Afternoon Carpool Changes
Beginning Monday, September 14, all Lower School carpool changes must be submitted online through Hockapool. Hockapool is a simple online form that allows you to notify us of a change to your daughter’s regular afternoon carpool or a change to Happy Haps pickup. The Hockapool form should be filled out by the parent of the child whose plan is changing. The Lower School office no longer requires confirmation from the parent who is transporting your daughter.

- Create an account. Visit Hockapool and create an account and password.
- Sign in. After registering, use the sign-in link to access your account.
- Submit your carpool change. Enter your daughter’s name, homeroom, and the date of the change. If she will be going home with another student, you will be prompted to provide that student’s information.
- Provide your contact information.
- That’s it! Your submission will automatically appear on the dashboard used by the faculty members managing carpool.
