A Note from Nicole Escudero Christenson

As we wrap up a joyful, inspiring, and memorable school year, thank you for the many ways you've partnered with us to support your daughters. The summer months offer a wonderful chance to recharge and make meaningful memories. Here are a few light-hearted ideas to help your daughter make the most of the summer break:
  • Celebrate free time. Let her relax, play, and daydream—unstructured time off devices is powerful for creativity and growth.
  • Try something new. Whether it’s picking up a paintbrush, trying a new hobby, or joining a service project, new experiences spark excitement and confidence.
  • Unplug together. Trade screen time for reading in a hammock, exploring outside, or enjoying a family game night.
  • Grow independence. Invite her to help plan a meal, organize a trip, or take on a summer project—small steps build big skills.
  • Reflect and reset. Encourage her to capture memories, write about what she's learned, or set goals for the year ahead.
Most of all, have fun! Laugh, explore, relax, and soak in the joy of summer. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back in August, ready for another great year.
