Alumnae in the Medical Field Visit Campus

Students had the opportunity this week to hear from an inspiring panel of women in medicine who shared their personal journeys, professional insights, and experiences across a range of specialties.
The discussion highlighted both the challenges and accomplishments they have encountered while building impactful careers in healthcare.
Thank you to our panelists — Nurse Chi Chi Acho ’02 (RN), Dr. Louizza Martinez ’05 (Physician), Dr. Wendy Parnell (OB-GYN), Dr. Melanie Hafford (Bariatric Surgery), and Dr. Marvinia Charles (Emergency Medicine) — for offering thoughtful perspectives and encouraging students to explore the many pathways to success in the medical field.
