DECA Success

Seven Hockaday students competed at DECA’s ICDC (an international business competition) in Orlando, FL, last week.
DECA is a student organization focused on preparing emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. In order to attend the competition, students had to qualify first at the District level and then at the State level. At the state competition, 23,000 students competed; these seven were part of the 2,500 who advanced. Please congratulate the following students on this accomplishment:

Franny O. (Class of 2028) - Hospitality & Tourism Team Decision Making
Aravli P. (Class of 2028) - Hospitality & Tourism Team Decision Making
Ariel Y. (Class of 2028) - Financial Services Team Decision Making

Shreya K. (Class of 2027) - Apparel & Accessories Marketing Role Play
