Students Use Coding Skills For Good

This summer, Lily Fagelman (Class of 2026) and Anusha Chowdhary (Class of 2027) worked together to create a database that will be used by social impact partner United to Learn!
The database will help the nonprofit facilitate outreach and pursue new partnership opportunities. “We researched companies and foundations around Texas that would be willing to donate to United to Learn so that they can reach their donation goal for this year,” said Lily. “With my passion for education and understanding of United to Learn’s mission and Anusha’s skills with Excel and coding, we worked as a perfect team for this mission.”
